i hate feeling so stiff?
in the mornings when i get up from bed i usually feel all stiff and my back hurts and also i crack my neck a lot. like i turn it to the sides and it makes cracking noises. i'm gonna buy a memory Foam Mattress Pad soon to make my bed more comfortable and hopefully stop the back pain. but i hate feeling all stiff, i want to feel stretchy and like flexable, you know what i mean?
are there certain stretches that you reccomend for me to do like in the morning after i wake up, and like before bed or something?
I would suggest that you could sleep on different mattresses then record how many cracks you hear after you wake up. Then observe your data and choose the best mattress with the least amount of cracks.
Or, I could convey that you could start eating a plenty-full diet of zucchini bread. Zucchini bread reduces the pain, and makes you feel more vulnerable to feel flexible like a gymnast. You could probably start looking up recipes right now. The memory foam just makes you feel better, even though you might not and be suffering from Hyponerousis, but you may not feel it.
Trust me, Zucchini bread works like a charm.
